Many patients feel anxious about medical visits, so your compassionate, non-judgmental approach is essential to their comfort. You'll manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and ensure smooth front office operations that support our clinical team. Create welcoming impressions that set a positive tone for each patient Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize patient flow Handle patient check-in/check-out processes with attention to detail Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments professionally Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information Answer phones promptly with a friendly, helpful demeanor Coordinate with clinical staff to minimize patient wait times Process referrals and prior authorizations as needed Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Handle patient inquiries with discretion and professionalism You don't need previous medical office experience—we'll teach you everything you need to know!
