PRN Receptionist Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - East Moline, Illinois About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PRN Receptionist to join our team at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a PRN Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our team. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff members in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and respond to patient requests in a timely and efficient manner Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking in/out patients, and processing patient information Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, scheduling calendars, and administrative reports Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff members Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMRs) Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
