This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Responsibilities include however are not limited to: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and welcoming Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and operational needs

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
