CARE, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, Illinois, has Opening for a Part Time Receptionist•$18.00 per hour ~ This is a Union Position ~ We are looking for an Agent of Customer Service with a Big Smile, a Positive Attitude, and a Professional Appearance!

Shift Available:

Part Time, 12am•8am,•3 Shifts one week, 4 Shifts every other week, including Every Other Weekend 56 Hours per pay period You will enjoy a pleasant work environment and a collaborative staff. Part Time Receptionist:

Answer and direct incoming calls, keep records Welcome and direct visitors and vendors upon arrival to the facility Monitor what residents bring into the facility Manage files and tend to office duties, including typing, filing, sorting mail, directing faxes Keep lobby safe and tidy

Basic computer and typing skills Some experience with a multi line phone system Exceptional phone etiquette Ability to problem solve and multi-task Experience in the mental health field preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Must speak, read, and write English Must be tolerant, compassionate and understanding of individuals with psychiatric conditions Greenwood Care is accredited by the Joint Commission and licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDHP).
