Job Summary Join our veterinary team as an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist. You will play a vital role in supporting veterinarians, technicians, clients, and our furry patients! Duties Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and maintaining organized pet care records. Obtaining patient histories, prepping rooms for appointments, running samples if needed, and client billing. Qualifications Prior experience working with animals in a veterinary clinic or similar setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with veterinary terminology and laboratory procedures Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
