The ideal candidate would have dental knowledge with experience, customer service experience, multi phone line experience, as well as strong organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations, in a productive yet positive work environment. Generous salary, generous benefits and a monthly production bonus after 3 months. Pay is based on education and experience. What you will be Responsible for
Patient Interaction:
Greeting Patients, answering phones, and providing a welcoming while calming and understanding enviornment. Checking patients in and out posting treatment in patient ledger.
Appointment Management:
Scheduling, Confirming, managing an efficient productive schedule.
Insurance and Billing:
Collection of patient insurance information, filling dental claims, collection of estimated patient portion as well as posting mail, on line, and faxed payments. Calling on un paid claims, AR, Monthly billing
Record Management:
Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy.
Office Coordination:
Managing the front desk reception area, ensuring smooth patient flow between front and clinical areas and handling all administrative tasks.
