Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule customer appointments efficiently based on geographic service areas throughout the Chicagoland region. Perform general office and administrative duties. Run occasional local errands as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Familiarity with the Chicagoland area is essential to effectively coordinate appointments by geographic zones. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license preferred, as occasional driving may be required for local errands. From $18.00 per hour
