Job Description
Job description Hiring a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist. Flexible Schedule to include alternating weekdays and every other weekend requirement, and alternating 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a great position for a retired individual or student!
Reception Duties include:
Answering phones and forwarding to respective departments of the building using proper phone etiquette. Monitoring front doors and locking them up at closing time. Forwarding phone at closing time to proper phone in building Making change to staff and selling meal tickets as needed Making copies from copier and assuring paper is added as needed sorting mail to give to activity staff for distribution Reception Hours- 9am-2pm/weekends or 2p-7pm weekends, during week 4pm-7pm. Occasional AM shift -8a-4pm weekdaysJob Type:
