Job Description
Greeting patients, answering phone calls, schedule appointments, obtain patient demographics and entering into electronic health records. Verifying patient insurance information, collect co-pays, process payments, manage billing inquiries, perform vital administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and maintaining a tidy, secure, and well-stocked reception area. Along with pre-testing patients before seeing the doctor. Strong organizational skills, multitasking skills and communication skills are desired.
