Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will ensure smooth daily operations, support office management tasks, and assist with administrative duties. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff or medical/dental offices as needed. Perform clerical tasks including proofreading documents, word processing, and managing correspondence. Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with bookkeeping or basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks. Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, managing client communication channels, and ensuring overall office productivity. Experience Proven office experience with strong administrative and clerical skills. Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus. Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry tools. Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Prior experience in customer service or client communication roles that require excellent organizational skills and time management. Knowledge of bookkeeping or personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous for supporting office functions efficiently.
