Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly with a friendly, solutions‑first attitude; return missed calls the same business day. Manage iPad/self‑check‑in and check in clients in

; keep profiles complete. Help clients book or reschedule; support intro offers and memberships; process payments for classes, memberships, retail, and grip socks. Review the daily schedule; identify new clients and trial participants; brief instructors on key notes (injuries, preferences, end‑of‑intro timeline). Encourage post‑class rebooking and invite happy clients to leave a review (Google/Yelp via QR/NFC card). Restock towels/water, tidy lobby, cubbies, and studios between classes; keep the entry area clutter‑free and welcoming. Send quick follow‑ups to first‑timers and no‑shows; call or text clients who would benefit from a membership or next‑step offer. Uphold studio standards for cleanliness and safety at all times.
