Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and direct calls appropriately Maintain accurate data entry using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Handle clerical tasks including filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records Support office management by assisting with administrative tasks like ordering supplies and managing correspondence Utilize technical proficiency in computer skills to troubleshoot basic office equipment and ensure smooth daily operations Experience Proven office experience or administrative background with a focus on front desk responsibilities Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and clerical procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with experience using spreadsheets and productivity software Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentThis role offers an engaging work environment where your organizational talents and friendly demeanor will shine.
