Job Description
Overview Metro East Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center is currently seeking a \•full-time Receptionist• to join our team, working Monday through Friday . The primary work location for these positions is O'Fallon, Illinois. However, employees must be able to work at any of our Illinois locations as assigned, including Breese, Columbia, Highland, and Red Bud. This flexibility is an essential function of the position. This position is 8:30 to 5:00 Mon-Fri. We're looking for a reliable and adaptable professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. Verify insurance eligibility. Answer calls using excellent phone etiquette and schedule appointments accurately and courteously. Manage faxes and assist with other office tasks as needed. Utilize EMR and practice management software (EMA by Modernizing Medicine). Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentially in accordance to HIPAA regulations.
