Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization on Wednesdays 4-8pm, and Saturdays 7:45am-12:45pm . In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting daily operations with efficiency and professionalism. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using office management software. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, maintaining organized filing systems. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, and packages. Support administrative tasks such as posting visits and patient notes in the computer, and balancing the ledger. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles, preferably as a receptionist or front desk clerk. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills across diverse audiences; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service principles and client communication best practices. Technical proficiency in office productivity software, spreadsheets, typing accuracy, proofreading, and calendar management. Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is valued. Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks to ensure productivity throughout the day. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a professional office environment while honing their administrative skills!
