An outgoing, kind, friendly face to greet our patients, take phone calls and schedule appointments. You will also help our office operate more effectively. This will include communication with insurance providers, filing, and scanning documents. If you believe that you have the qualifications to excel in this role, we'd love to hear from you. Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet patients who enter the office warmly
- Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patients appointments as needed
- Assist patients in filling out required forms
- Collect payment from patients
- File insurance claims and track their progress
- Maintain office inventory
- Perform office duties such as document filing, scanning and copying
