This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing day-to-day administrative support to help keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide general information as needed Provide administrative support to various team members and departments Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with preparing documents, correspondence, and other office materials Help maintain an organized and professional front office and reception area Assist with additional administrative projects and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks throughout the day Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, visitors, vendors, and coworkers Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team What We Offer This position provides an opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented environment where you will play an important role in supporting daily office operations.
