Overview We are seeking a professional and dynamic Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has exceptional organizational and communication skills, and is adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. How you'll make an impact Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing a professional and friendly experience for all who enter our building. Manage a busy front desk, greeting guests and handling inquiries. Checking in clients, guests, and employees and providing them with a daily visitor badge to enter our office space. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage reports, track data, and communicate effectively. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area.
About You Required:
High school diploma Strong client-facing skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable managing quieter periods, such as Fridays, when there is less activity in the building. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Professional accumen College degree is a plus but not required. Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
