As the first point of contact for our patients, our Front Desk team sets the tone for a warm, professional experience from check-in to check-out. What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/out Accurately process patient payments and co-pays Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and route messages Maintain a tidy, organized front desk and reception area Communicate clinic services, policies, and upcoming events to patients Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Who You Are A friendly, professional communicator with a genuine desire to help people Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Detail-oriented when handling payments, appointments, and patient information Proficient in basic computer skills (scheduling systems, email, spreadsheets) Proficent in speaking Spanish What Makes You Stand Out Familiar with practice management or EHR software (experience with ChiroTouch a plus) Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly desirable but not required Why Join KOAH Chiropractic?
