Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and calendar management tools Handle data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized filing systems and spreadsheets Provide administrative support including word processing, proofreading, and document preparation Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed Support office management tasks such as filing, photocopying, and basic clerical duties to keep operations running smoothly Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs Technical proficiency with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar software is a plus Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your enthusiasm, professionalism, and organizational talents will make a meaningful impact every day.
