Full-time Veterinary Receptionist Myers Animal Clinic Compensation:

Starting at $16.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Myers Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a critical role in shaping the client experience and supporting the medical team by ensuring efficient communication, organization, and workflow throughout the clinic. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence and compassion, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both clients and patients. Position Requirements Candidates must have prior work experience and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience (required) Minimum of 1 year veterinary experience (required) Working knowledge of vaccine protocols and preventative care Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills Strong active listening skills with a compassionate, client-focused approach High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making Leadership qualities and initiative Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, apps, printers, and payment processing devices Schedule & Availability Monday through

Thursday:

7:30 AM - 6:00

PM Friday:

7:45 AM - 1:30 PM No weekends Candidates must be available to work this schedule. Key Responsibilities The Veterinary Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for maintaining a smooth and professional front office experience.

Responsibilities include:
