This role supports attendance tracking, onboarding, recordkeeping, and workplace organization in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage front desk operations Track attendance, prepare warnings, and maintain HR records Process medical notes and employee documentation Support onboarding (badges, lockers, new hire setup) Manage uniforms, inventory, and office supplies Handle mail, packages, and vendor coordination Register visitors/contractors and ensure safety compliance (PPE) Maintain lockers, vending services, and general workplace organization Qualifications & Skills High school diploma required; associate's preferred 1-2 years of receptionist or admin experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Pay:
$17.10 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
