Job Summary We are seeking a professional and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing front office operations efficiently while supporting the overall administrative functions of our clinics. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed. Manage appointment scheduling using calendar management tools, including same-day and walk-in appointments. Maintain accurate patient records through meticulous data entry and filing practices. Handle administrative tasks such as verifying insurance information, processing payments, and managing office correspondence. Utilize productivity software including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing to prepare documents and reports. Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Experience Prior medical front desk experience prefered. Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR software (Mod-Med). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on client communication and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are advantageous to serve our diverse patient population effectively. Experience with front desk operations, clerical tasks, and office experience will be highly valued. Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, and technical proficiency in productivity software is essential for success in this role.
