Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help maintain smooth salon operations, manage appointments, and support administrative functions. Duties Welcome clients warmly upon arrival and say goodbye as they leave. Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments. Check clients in and out efficiently. Escort clients to the appropriate station as directed. Assist clients with color requests and answer general questions about their services. Occasionally offer and serve beverages to clients. Communicate with nail technicians and other team members to help ensure a smooth client experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy front desk and reception area. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times. Skills Excellent customer service skills

Pay:
$17.00- $22.
