Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and calendar management tools Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized filing systems and updating spreadsheets regularly Support office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies Assist with client communication via email or phone, providing excellent customer support and support for administrative inquiries Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks to perform clerical tasks effectively Experience Previous office or front desk experience is preferred, demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, data entry, and general computer literacy is essential Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients and team members Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service enhances your ability to excel in this role Familiarity with office management tasks such as calendar management, filing, proofreading, and time management is highly desirable Personal assistant or administrative experience that showcases organizational skills and attention to detail will be advantageous This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their administrative expertise while delivering outstanding customer service.
