Job Description
Position SummaryWe are seeking a Receptionist - Level 1 to provide front-desk, administrative, and operational support in a small office environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable assisting visitors, employees, and the onsite team with a variety of administrative needs.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees entering the office.
Answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls.
Provide administrative and operational support for a small office environment.
Coordinate and assist with catering requests and meeting preparations.
Sign in and manage deliveries, packages, and mail.
Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies as needed.
Support the onsite team with various administrative tasks and requests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
