You will serve as a vital link between our office operations and field care by providing high-quality patient care as a Field Support Home Health Aide (HHA) and ensuring smooth office transitions as a Receptionist and Back-up Scheduler. Key Responsibilities Field Support (HHA) last-minute staffing gaps Home Health Aide assignments.

Front Desk Operations:
Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering a multi-line phone system, and directing calls to the appropriate department.Administrative Support:
Handle essential clerical duties,CCM Support:
Provide critical backup support for the scheduling department, including coordinating shifts and managing staff rotations after specialized training. Job Requirements & Qualifications experience: Previous experience in home health care (HHA/CNA)Skills :
Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills.Active HHA License :
At least one year of Home Health Aide experienceCommitment :
Ability to commit 40 hours per week, between office/field.Soft Skills:
