Position Details Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-6

PM Pay:

Base hourly + bonuses + commissions

Indianapolis & surrounding areas What You'll Do Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods Start conversations with homeowners about roof issues and storm damage Set 3+ roofing inspections per day Hit 18 preset appointments per week Promote Your Squad annual service plans (goal: 1 per day) Work closely with your Field Manager and Closer to crush team goals Track your numbers and own your performance This is a team‑driven role — you're supported every step of the way.
