About the Role As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and patients. You'll play a critical role in creating a compassionate experience for pet owners while helping our medical team provide exceptional care. Requirements Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, compassion, and empathy Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment requests Gather patient information and assist with urgent care triage Recognize emergencies and promptly alert medical staff Maintain accurate client and patient records Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff Explain services, treatment plans, hospital policies, and financial expectations Process payments and third-party financing applications (CareCredit, Scratchpay, Cherry, All Pet) Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up communication Support administrative tasks and inventory needs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming client environment Assist teammates and contribute to a positive hospital culture Benefits Previous veterinary client service experience required Urgent care or emergency veterinary experience strongly preferred Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally challenging situations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with veterinary software, scheduling systems, and payment processing platforms Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Experience with animal handling and restraint techniques preferred Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with teammates Schedule Expectations This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work a combination of: Days Evenings Weekends Holidays Schedules are posted several weeks in advance to support planning and work-life balance.
