Job Description
The Plastic Surgery Center
FISHERS, INDIANA FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Part-Time or Full-Time | In-Office | Fishers, Indiana We believe every patient who walks through our doors deserves honesty over hype, warmth over waiting rooms, and a team that makes them feel informed, respected, and entirely their own advocate.ABOUT US
The Plastic Surgery Center is a woman owned, board-certified plastic surgery practice built for patients who want more than a clinical transaction. It is for patients who want to be heard, informed, and genuinely cared for. We're building an elevated experience from the moment the patient walks in the door, and that starts with the first face they see: yours.THE ROLE
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you are the first impression of the practice and the steady hand that keeps our small, close-knit office running smoothly. This is a hospitality role inside a medical practice. You'll greet every patient like a guest and help set the warm, honest tone that defines our brand.WHAT YOU'LL DO
— Welcome every patient warmly at check-in and check-out, making each visit feel personal rather than transactional. — Manage scheduling for consultations, surgical dates, and follow-ups with an eye for detail and discretion. — Answer phones and messages promptly and graciously, often as a patient's very first touchpoint with the practice. — Process payments accurately and confidentially. — Maintain a reception area that reflects our elevated, boutique aesthetic — organized, calm, and welcoming. — Work closely with our Patient Care Coordinator and Nurse to keep the patient journey seamless from first call to final follow-up. — Protect every patient's privacy and confidentiality.WHAT YOU BRING
— A genuine warmth and hospitality instinct. — Prior experience in a medical office, spa, boutique retail, or hospitality setting preferred. — Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing a detailed schedule. — A calm, professional presence, even when the day gets busy. — Discretion and sound judgment around sensitive, confidential information. — Comfort with front-desk systems (scheduling software, EHR, payment processing) or a fast learner's confidence to pick them up.WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE
— A genuinely small team where your work is seen and valued, and where your voice matters. — A practice built around honesty and empowerment, not upselling or pressure. — A polished, elevated office environment you'll be proud to represent. — Competitive pay, paid time off, employee discounts, and a collaborative culture.HOW TO APPLY
