In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring smooth communication between clients, patients, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in veterinary reception duties, animal handling, and pet care, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Duties Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling to optimize daily operations Handle medical billing and collections accurately, ensuring timely payments and clear communication with clients Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about services, appointments, and pet care advice Manage patient records with precision, maintaining confidentiality and organization in compliance with veterinary standards Maintain a clean and sterile reception area by practicing proper aseptic techniques and ensuring all equipment is sanitized Skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment Experience managing phone calls, appointment scheduling, medical records, and payment processing High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and administrative tasks Ability to remain professional, compassionate, and solution-oriented during emotional or stressful situations Proficiency with computers and veterinary practice management software preferred Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to providing outstanding patient and client care Previous veterinary reception, medical reception, or customer service experience preferred, knowledge with veterinary terminology Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and their owners!
