Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in procedures Manage appointment scheduling using veterinary software, ensuring efficient flow of patient visits Assist with front desk responsibilities including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing client communications Support veterinary team with administrative tasks such as filing medical records, updating patient information, and processing invoices Maintain detailed records of animal care procedures and client interactions to support veterinary critical care and surgical services Qualifications Proven experience as a veterinary receptionist or administrative support within a veterinary clinic setting Familiarity with veterinary software systems and Microsoft Office applications for documentation and communication purposes Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients about pet care, treatment plans, and clinic policies Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment
