Job Description

We are a small animal veterinary hospital looking for a positive, energetic Veterinary Receptionist to become part of our dedicated team! Our busy, four-doctor practice prides itself on providing exceptional care to our patients and top-tier service to our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people and pets, and value teamwork, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Enter new client information and medical records into our system Process payments and handle invoices Provide support to clients and staff throughout the workday with a helpful and friendly attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Passion for animals and comfortable with working around them daily
