Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and vital administrative support. This role is ideal for a multi-talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance guest relations with operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities Guest Relations:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in/check-out process.

Supervision & Operations:

Act in a supervisory capacity to ensure daily operations run smoothly and collaborate with other departments.

Communications:

Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Administrative Support:

Schedule appointments, manage staff calendars, perform data entry, and maintain organized, confidential records.

Quality Control:

Proofread documents for accuracy and ensure all guest-facing materials meet company standards.

Facilities Support:

20% of this role includes laundry duties to support the housekeeping department and ensure facility readiness.

Requirements Availability:

Must have open availability (including weekends and holidays).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on hospitality.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in computer systems, office software, and familiarity with calendar management/scheduling tools.

Multitasking:

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
