Franklin Falls Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Veterinary Customer ServiceRepresentative to become an essential part of our team! As the welcoming face of our clinic, you'll be the first person clients and their pets meet, creating a warm, compassionate, and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call for assistance. In this role, you'll blend outstanding customer service with your veterinary knowledge to keep our hospital running smoothly. From scheduling appointments and supporting our medical team to educating clients and ensuring every visit is a positive one, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and handle all front desk duties with professionalism and enthusiasm, including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out Manage veterinary software systems efficiently to update patient records, process payments, and coordinate appointments Support veterinary clinical procedures by handling animal restraint and performing basic animal husbandry tasks Communicate clearly with clients regarding pet care instructions, treatment plans, and follow-up care to ensure understanding and satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, treatment rooms, and kennel spaces in accordance with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Collaborate with veterinary staff on laboratory procedures, sample collection, and documentation of medical-surgical treatments Skills Extensive knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and critical care procedures Proven experience in veterinary clinics or animal hospitals Proficiency in veterinary software systems and Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of veterinary surgical procedures, companion animal medicine, and emergency response protocols Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pets and their owners! Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 36.0 per week
