Firefly Children & Family Alliance is looking for a Receptionist in Lafayette, IN. In this role, you will assist eligible families in applying for and maintaining childcare voucher assistance to allow families to work or attend school/training programs. This position will report to the CCDF Director of Administration.You Will:
Data Management and Tracking (20%) Ensure paperwork drop off log is completed for each client Ensure all guests sign in upon entry to the building as well as for appointments Provide Internal and External Customer Service (70%) Direct telephone inquiries to the correct parties Screen walk-in guests and notify proper staff Answer questions and provide information and documentation as necessary General Clerical and Admin (10%) Photocopying, faxing, filing, emailing Support program staff as neededYou Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years old Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Telephone experience in answering multiple incoming lines. Clerical experience. Knowledge of Computer and office equipment Acquire Knowledge of agencies programs. Ability to work with a team when applicable. Ability to respond appropriately to cultural differences among staff, clients and visitors. Fluency in at least two languages, includingEnglish Our Benefits:
