This role welcomes visitors, answers and transfers phone calls, monitors building access, checks front desk email and voicemail, assists with basic office technology and church systems, receives and routes mail and deliveries, provides helpful information, and supports ministry assistants. The ideal person is friendly, dependable, organized, discreet, and comfortable serving others with professionalism, warmth, and prayerful care.
