We are seeking a qualified individual who is compassionate, a multi-tasker and ready to collaborate with leadership to change lives. Shift:

Tue/Wed 4:30-8:30pm and every other weekend

Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities:

Performs general office duties included but not limited to filing, copying, faxing, etc. under supervision

Maintains records using an established filing system

Sort and distribute mail as appropriate

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED

1 year office experience

Experience with MS office computer tools

Ability to file in alpha order

Detail oriented

Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities

Good oral and written communication skills

Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
