Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems, including digital records and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or executives Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, managing incoming mail, and overseeing general administrative tasks Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive client communication Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing tasks Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective phone communication and phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not required Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Join us as a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact that sets the tone for our organization's professionalism.
