Job Description:
Conard Law Office is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional office environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal office. Legal office experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate who has excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Prepare, scan, copy, and file legal documents. Maintain organized client files and office records. Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed. Keep the reception area and common office spaces neat and welcoming. Handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Schedule Monday through
