Chiropractic Front Desk Receptionist Are you ready to help change lives, work with an energetic team, and enjoy coming to work each day? Our busy chiropractic office is looking for a highly energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Front Desk Person. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently handle multiple responsibilities at once. You do not actually need seven legs and four arms—but the ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain positive during a busy day is essential! Responsibilities Greet patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Answer phones and assist with scheduling Manage patient appointments and front desk activities Perform basic computer and administrative tasks Provide excellent customer service Communicate effectively with patients and team members Help keep the office organized and running smoothly Ideal Candidate Energetic, friendly, and outgoing Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using phones and computers Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Willing to support the team wherever needed Previous front desk, customer service, or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required for the right person.
Hours:
Approximately 32-38 hours per week
