Not provided We are seeking an upbeat and hospitality-focused Workplace Experience Lead to create a welcoming, polished, and professional office environment. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for employees and visitors while supporting front desk operations, meetings, office services, and daily workplace needs. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide five-star customer service Manage guest registration, building access, deliveries, and incoming packages Support meetings by coordinating room setup, catering, supplies, AV, lighting, and temperature Conduct regular floor inspections to ensure common areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked Oversee office supplies, expenses, and facilities requests Troubleshoot access-card issues and respond to general workplace questions Collaborate with and cross-train team members on daily office operations Maintain a secure, professional, and pleasant workplace environment Provide light administrative support using Microsoft Office Qualifications 3+ years of experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, workplace services, reception, or a similar client-facing environment Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Honest, reliable, hardworking, and service-minded Comfortable working independently with minimal on-site supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive hospitality professional seeking a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
