This role is focused on front-office reception, customer intake, scheduling support, message routing, and maintaining a professional, organized office environment.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Hourly rate: $15-$16/hr based on experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer incoming phone lines, route calls, take clear messages, and assist walk-in customers with professionalism.
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Gather basic customer and job information for Auto Glass, Retail, and City Service inquiries and route details to the appropriate employee for follow-up.
  • Assist with basic scheduling support by helping confirm appointments, relaying scheduling updates, and documenting customer communication.
  • Maintain front desk organization, lobby appearance, office supplies, mail, packages, scanning, faxing, and basic filing.
  • Support daily office communication by relaying messages between customers, field crews, service staff, project managers, and management.
  • Enter basic information into company systems as directed and maintain accurate notes for customer follow-up.
  • Coordinate simple administrative needs for meetings, visitors, and company communications.
  • Protect confidential customer, employee, project, and company information at all times.
  • Provide general front-office support as needed to help the office run efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
    Education:
    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
      Experience:
      Front desk, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
        Communication:
        Fluent ability to speak and understand English; clear, professional phone etiquette and strong active listening skills.
          Demeanor:
          Friendly, patient, dependable, and able to remain organized in a busy office environment.
            Technical Skills:
            Basic computer skills required; familiarity with email, multi-line phone systems, scanners, printers, fax machines, and standard office equipment.
              Schedule:
              Available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with strong punctuality and attendance. Kennedy Glass Partners LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
