Veterinary Receptionist Location:
Ottawa, KS, 66067 Job Description We are seeking a dependable and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Ottawa, KS. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-stress environment, possess excellent multitasking abilities, and be adaptable to the dynamic needs of a busy veterinary practice. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally upon arrival. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and handle check-in/check-out procedures. Assist with billing and processing payments. Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent situations. Qualifications Proven experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar role,1yr minimum. Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with veterinary software and basic computer skills preferred.

Schedule:
