SAFETY AND SECURITY RECEPTIONIST
Job Overview:

Let's talk. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Managing vehicle reservations, including tracking mileage and maintaining spreadsheets for accounting purposes. Monitoring and responding to communications through the Lobby Desk email and calendar. Performing daily morning camera checks, including surveillance under the parking deck. Overseeing parking assignments for the headquarters campus. Updating, maintaining, and distributing Emergency Evacuation Rosters. Preparing and distributing New Hire Safety and Security Welcome Information via email. Assisting in drafting and distributing department notifications and advisories. Supporting the maintenance and updates of the department's internal website. Providing general assistance with daily departmental tasks as needed.
Requirements for the position include:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks required. Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required. Exceptional observation and decision-making skills. Use of initiative and independent judgement. High level of professionalism. Ability to access, input, and process information with the computer for up to two hours intermittently. Preferred qualifications for this position include: College degree or some college completed preferred. Previous experience in reception or security preferred. Experience working in a corporate office environment preferred.
