Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries promptly and direct calls accurately Maintain organized front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and efficiency Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and spreadsheets to support administrative tasks and record keeping Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or management as needed Support office management activities by handling clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing supplies Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry tools Excellent computer literacy including familiarity with productivity software and technical proficiency in office equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication abilities Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with excellent time management skills Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred; personal assistant or office experience is advantageous Join us as a Front Desk Agent to make a positive impact every day!
