Job Description

Hotel Front Desk Receptionist Hampton Inn Dry Ridge Do you have a passion for service and love to put a smile on people's faces? Then you might be an excellent fit for the hotel front desk agent position on our guest services team! You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation:
$12.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
Bookkeeping:
keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Field customer complaints when necessary Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
