Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist / Assistant to join our team! This hands-on role is essential to creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests while helping our spa run smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This position combines front desk reception, appointment scheduling, guest assistance, administrative tasks, and spa upkeep , so we are looking for someone who takes pride in both exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Schedule & Availability Must be available to work Saturdays Typical schedule is 11:00 AM-6:00 PM most days Reliable attendance and punctuality are extremely important Flexibility to assist with the needs of the spa is a plus Duties Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming, professional experience Answer incoming phone calls and assist with client questions and inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Maintain the daily schedule and communicate with service providers as needed Assist guests before, during, and after their appointments Support service providers with day-to-day needs Manage front desk responsibilities and provide excellent customer service Perform general administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and recordkeeping Assist with basic office and spa organization Help keep the schedule and appointments organized and running on time Clean and sanitize pedicure chairs between guests Clean service rooms, common areas, and other spa spaces Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting items away Restock supplies and help maintain an organized, well-presented spa Assist with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the spa Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed . No two days are exactly the same, and we need someone who can confidently move between answering the phone, helping a guest, managing the schedule, assisting a service provider, and keeping the spa clean and organized. Pay:
$11.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
