Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to provide outstanding support to residents, families, visitors, and team members. This is a part-time position with an evening and weekend schedule.
Responsibilities:
Perform reception and telephone duties. Assist with gathering, assembling, organizing, and compiling the pertinent bookkeeping and resident records. Arrange for meetings, conferences, seminars, and general schedule for the Administrator and others as directed. Maintain current file and listing of residents, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, key personnel, etc. Greet visitors, guests, residents, salespeople and others. Type documents, reports, letters, etc. with proficient typing skills. Develop, encourage, and maintain good communications between and among departments, residents, staff, visitors, etc. Communicate with and support residents, families, visitors, etc.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Organizational skills, effective communicator, detailed-oriented, ability to multi-task, and proficient in
