ABOUT OUR AGENCY I

opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a financial advisor and remain passionate about helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial future. I hold an MBA, maintain securities licenses, and enjoy helping customers create plans that protect what matters most. My wife is also a State Farm agent, and we began our agency journeys on the same day. Together, we operate two agencies that work very closely together, creating a unique and collaborative environment with the resources and support of a larger team while maintaining the close-knit feel of a family business. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two grandchildren. Community involvement is a major priority for me. I am actively involved with organizations including DCCH Children's Home, Gateway Community & Technical College, and the Kentucky Symphony. I also serve on the Saint Elizabeth Healthcare Foundation Board and participate in the Northern Kentucky Horizon Fund. Giving back and supporting the community are core values of our agency. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
