PM Job Summary:
FamilyCare Behavioral Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Mental Health Receptionist. This role is essential in supporting our clients, clinicians, and administrative team in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, and comfortable interacting with clients who may be experiencing emotional or mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, families, and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner Answer incoming calls, route messages, and assist with basic scheduling needs Check clients in/out and maintain accurate front desk records Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times Support therapists, case managers, and administrative staff as needed Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front office environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred Experience in a mental health, medical, or social services setting is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with diverse populations Reliable, punctual, and professional
